This pump seems to be a kind of joke because it’s very easy to use. The only real problem is that you have to open the battery compartment to the metal part and there is no way to replace the batteries with new ones. I guess if you have a certain level of fitness, you can just grab the battery itself, but I don’t think anyone with a full-sized breast would be able to handle the power cord.
I think you can get away with this, but I can also understand why it could be a problem. Its a big power-hungry device, and a lot of people with large boobs would be able to handle its size. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone who is smaller, but its worth mentioning.
Just like all the other “battery-powered” products out there, the trumom manual breast pump is no longer a reliable way to pump breasts. That’s not necessarily because you are pumping too much, but because you are pumping too often. For some reason the trumom is being sold with a “less than 20-minute charge”. As you can see from the picture, it is charging itself in about 20 minutes.
The trumom manual breast pump is a little bit different in that it is capable of pumping out about ten times the amount of breast milk than a standard breast pump. This should be a huge upgrade for a woman who is just a few months away from having a baby, but the fact that it is so difficult to use and charge is a bummer.
My guess is that if that had been a standard breast pump, there would have been a line out the door.
The trumom manual breast pump is a lot like a standard breast pump in that it has a very large reservoir and it is capable of pumping out a much larger volume of breast milk, but it is much more difficult to use. To get a full charge of milk, it would probably take about 25 minutes.
