This is a new product, that I’m very excited about. Spirit keychains are key chains that are designed to make your daily meditation and prayer practice more enjoyable. All you need to do is insert a key into the chain and it will unlock, open, and present a prayer or meditation mantra.
This sounds like the kind of shit you get in your cereal, but I’m here to tell you that this is not just a cereal box. It is a prayer-box for mindfulness meditation. I say this because the folks behind this product are pretty well-known in the mindfulness meditation community (they founded the International Mindfulness Meditation Association and the Mindfulness Meditation Awareness Training Foundation).
The product is the brainchild of Jon Hopkins, an American mindfulness meditation teacher. His company, Spirit Keychain, has been working on teaching people mindfulness meditation for the past year. It’s pretty cool to see someone doing stuff like this, and I hope you’ll check it out, too.

I’m a bit of a weirdo, but I have a tendency to go on and on about how you can’t get the eye to you when you walk. That seems to have been the reason for the current trend, and for me the problem is that I also don’t get the eye to go with who I am. I need to be a little more open to that, and it may actually be easier for me to do that.
I love how the trend was coined as an acronym and it has become a real phrase in the last few years. I know people who will make the mistake of saying something like, “hey, you can wear a hoodie on a bike, but I dont know if there is a better way,” and they’re usually making an argument that they’re just using the word hoodie incorrectly.
I’m not really sure what it is about a spirit keychain, but I know that I have one. I have a keychain that is so cool. I can show it to people at work, and they’ll say, “Oh, you have a spirit keychain? Thats really cool.” It is really cool, and I don’t think anyone is going to be able to resist it.
The whole spirit keychain is essentially an accessory that allows your bike to be equipped with a new keychain. It is essentially an accessory that allows you to have a keychain with a unique pattern on it. For example, a keychain that has the number eight on it. An item that is cool for someone with limited mobility, or who might have a wheelchair with a special accessory that lets them walk around.
Thats a very interesting idea.
